These terms apply to purchases made through the Help Marco shop and to donations made to the campaign. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Products and prices

  • Shop items are made to order and produced and shipped by our print partner once your payment is confirmed.
  • All prices are shown in [[ currency ]] and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. There is no separate tax added at checkout.

3. How your order is formed

When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. Your payment is processed by our payment provider; your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item cannot be produced or shipping details are incomplete) we will cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of standard (non-personalised) goods, starting the day you receive them, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us by email at help-marco@vivid-pixel.com.br before the period ends; you then have 14 days to return the goods, and we refund you within 14 days of being notified.

Exception for made-to-order items: under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the equivalent UK rule), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised. 5. Returns, refunds and faulty items

  • Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us at help-marco@vivid-pixel.com.br within [[ number ]] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
  • Refund method and timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [[ number ]] days.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described.

6. Donations

Donations to the campaign are voluntary and are generally non-refundable, except where made in error — contact us promptly and we will do our best to help. Donations are not tax-deductible unless we state otherwise in writing.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [[ governing jurisdiction ]]. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
